Role Overview
We're seeking a versatile and talented Graphic Designer to join our team.
You'll work across diverse client portfolios, creating compelling visual content that drives growth and engagement across multiple marketing channels. This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative companies and high-growth businesses while developing your skills in performance-focused design.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Platform Design Creation
Design high-converting creative assets for paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Create website graphics, landing page elements, and conversion-focused web content
Develop email marketing templates and visual assets that drive engagement
Design professional sales materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies
Produce display advertising creative for programmatic and retargeting campaigns
Brand Adaptation & Management
Quickly understand and adapt to multiple client brand identities and guidelines
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while optimizing for performance
Create brand-compliant variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization
Develop creative concepts that align with each client's unique voice and positioning
Performance-Driven Design
Collaborate with growth strategists to create data-informed creative concepts
Design with conversion optimization in mind, understanding how visual elements impact performance
Iterate rapidly based on campaign performance data and feedback
Support A/B testing initiatives with multiple creative variations
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in digital marketing or agency settings
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across brand styles and marketing channels
Experience designing for social media platforms and understanding of platform-specific requirements
Solid understanding of web design principles and UX considerations
Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with healthcare or regulated industry marketing (HIPAA compliance knowledge a plus)
Some knowledge of conversion rate optimization and performance marketing concepts
Motion graphics or video editing capabilities
